Success , happiness
To be honest I don’t know what those words means yet, but I do know those words have programmed to my mind that those states we should attain.
Success is define by many people, its simply put as getting exactly what you have desired/hope/intended/plan/anticipated/wish.
So what do you anticipate? What you like to have?
You might say I want money, a car/cars luxury house, better relationship, reputation, fancy life style, or thing you really like/want
So then imagine, you already have what you desired, give a pause and give your mind time to feel how would it be when you have these things in your life.
Stop and think , Imagine ……
How you feel the wind hit your face while you drive 165Km on highway with Sun roof open in brand new Mercedes
How you feel when you on a cruise ship with highest luxury services travelling around the world
How would you feel when you go to Paris and take a photo of you in front of Eiffel tower?
How you feel when you at California Beach with blazing Sun with all the beautiful people around you
How you feel when you go to Australia and see Sydney Opera house, travel the country and meet the people and see the wildlife and explore the landscape
Well you might be thinking how I can do these things unless you have not been visited there and you don’t have money to do those things
Well you don’t need any of what you thought you have to have those thing in your Mind
You can IMAGINE, imagine it first!
You have seen those places from media and red and heard the stories, so, you can imagine it using those information
Or your currently desired in totally different thing, go head and FEEL what you EXPECT
I would like to see you put your entire FOCUS on how you FEEL those things
This is Very Important you should FEEL it! Give your marvelous Mind to do its wonderful work and give some time to imagine
Instead of SEE, TASTE, TOUCH, HEAR, SMELL from your body, try to feel it from your Mind
Give it a try!
We all too busy trying to get what we want, but what you really wanted is already inside of you
You too busy searching all the happiness in outside world yet, all the happiness was locked inside our hearts and minds
Practice what I said, use your mind to experience it instead of your body (5 senses), this does not mean you should quit enjoying the life from body, I mean in your leisure time, time you spend with media and Facebook give little time to yourself, give little effort to your mind to experience what happiness is
one step at a time, trust yourself, by doing these mental activities you are building your muscles in your mind
Mind is very powerful force in entire universe, you should practice, practice practice and see how wonders happens to your self
I transform my mindset from watching hundreds of videos on various topics on youtube to selected and useful for me. seems like no big deal, its a huge deal, all my life I was watching what others suggested others have told me, influence me, recommend me. I did not had strong will, I quit, I was in dissatisfied and I did not know I'm in depressed state, and i didn't notice what I really wanted either. what you want and what you need is totally two different things
I watched Bob proctor videos on how to build self image, you are born rich videos
the hey factor to things to get stuck in your mind and start to see something happening, you should watch and read over and over again till the idea get transfixed in your mind.
a kid in early ancient time would have being satisfied with a rock as a toy
Now average man would have wealth and things ancient king could not imagine, yet we in dissatisfied state more often.
the thing is we don't get satisfaction by what we have, we get satisfied by how we think
smile & greet to people and see them smiling back, gives you wonderful feeling
you might say some people not smile back or not treat equally as you treated, don't be worry about that, try to imagine they have treat you wonderfully even they don't, by doing these mental practices you are creating happy memories and happy thoughts
give your level best to other people all the time, People like to see people who love them treat them kindly, talk to them polite way, those little things will make wonders to your life!!!, you will feel your heart get melted with over joy!!. what you being trying to achieve from buying expensive things can be achieve by simple things in day to day life.
then you would ask why do I have to imagine about having those expensive things, yes you need to give your mind a chance to feel those things in mind and have ability to control your mind
you simply get agitated by things happening to you in outside world, give some fantasy time to your self without taking some kind of drug which drag you to an addiction
you can do it, make a better world to your mind inside your head, then that world will be manifested in real world
happiness, love, warmth all happy feelings coming from same common place deep inside our hearts and mind feel it embrace it, "If you see it in your mind you will have it in your hand" (that line is kept saying by bob proctor) so start see and expect good things from your mind, neglect bad and give focus to good things, its your mind be master of what you think.
